笔者所在的拍卖公司曾接受中国华融资产管理公司重庆办事处(以下简称:华融渝办)委托,于2004年10月10日签订委托拍卖合同,对原黔江地区丝绸公司以物抵贷房产及该房产租赁收益权进行公开拍卖。有数名对该标的物有兴趣者上门或者通过电话咨询了该标的物的情况。我公司也严格按照与华融渝办的约定向有意竞买者公示了其相关资料。最终有两人办理了竞买手续,并各自缴纳了40万元的竞买保证金,成为了竞买人。同年10月18日拍卖会如期举行,华融渝办
