孕产妇的围产期保健是产妇保健的重要组成部分,关系着母婴的安全,也影响着产妇的顺利分娩。相关研究结果显示,出现孕产妇死亡、婴儿死亡以及相关不良妊娠反应等都与孕产妇的产前保健利用有直接关系。影响孕产妇围产期保健服务利用的因素是多方面的,本次研究将针对我国妇女围产期保健服务利用的主要影响因素进行分析,以促进产妇的围产期保健。
Maternal perinatal health care is an important part of maternal health care related to the safety of mothers and babies, but also affect the smooth delivery of mothers. Related studies have shown that maternal deaths, infant deaths and related adverse pregnancy reactions are directly related to the use of antenatal care by pregnant women. There are many factors affecting the utilization of perinatal health care services for pregnant women. This study will analyze the main influencing factors for the utilization of perinatal health care services in China in order to promote the perinatal care of pregnant women.
