优化齿轮传动的啮入冲击对噪声降低的研究

本文通过优化齿轮的变位系数,降低传动的啮入冲击,从而达到了降低齿轮传动噪声的目的。文章建立了含有变形与误差的渐开线齿廓方程,对啮入冲击动量进行了优化减小。试验表明,不论在空载或负载情况下,降噪都是明显的。 In this paper, by optimizing the gear displacement coefficient, reducing the gear meshing impact, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing gear noise. In this paper, an involute tooth profile equation with deformation and error is established, and the meshing impact momentum is optimized and reduced. Experiments show that noise reduction is evident both in no-load and in load conditions.
