本文结合目前国内外大型体育赛事口译项目的管理措施和运作特点,从大型赛事组委会的角度,创新性地将赛事口译项目过程管理按阶段划分为“计划筹备、运行控制、归纳总结”三个阶段,并对每阶段设计合理而具体的过程管理措施,着重突出了“项目过程管理”理念,实现了项目管理理论与实践的充分结合,并进一步细化了口译员的测评标准和测评流程。旨在通过本论题的研究,向大型赛事组委会提供有力的工作指导,确保科学高效的赛事口译项目管理措施的建立和推广,并引发社会各界对于此论题的深入关注和研究,从而进一步提升我国大型赛事口译项目的过程管理水平。
Based on the management measures and operating characteristics of the major sport events interpretation project both at home and abroad, from the perspective of the organizing committee of large-scale sports events, this article innovatively divides the process management of the event interpretation project into “plan preparation, operation control, ”Three stages, and for each stage design reasonable and specific process management measures, with emphasis on the “ project process management ”concept, to achieve the full integration of project management theory and practice, and further refine the evaluation of interpreters Standard and evaluation process. The purpose is to provide powerful working guidance to the Organizing Committee of large-scale events through the research on this topic, to ensure the establishment and promotion of scientific and efficient event interpretation project management measures and to arouse the public’s deep concern and research on this topic so as to further promote The Process Management Level of Major Events Interpretation Project in China.
