广州某住宅项目在桩端持力层超前钻勘察过程中,局部区域发现大量的溶(土)洞。针对此特殊地质条件,在基础方案选型时,通过对比分析,选用冲孔灌注桩基础。为保证灌注桩成孔及成桩质量,在溶(土)洞区域进行了注浆预加固处理。注浆预加固处理后,检测结果表明:注浆加固处理符合岩溶区复杂地质条件下的预期效果,但个别溶洞未能完全达到注浆加固要求。因此,局部溶(土)洞区域通过调整桩径、加桩、设计成联合大承台等手段对原桩基方案进行调整。
In a residential project in Guangzhou, a large number of dissolved (earth) holes were found in the local area during the advanced drilling of the pile bearing overburden. For this special geological conditions, selection of basic programs, through comparative analysis, selection of perfusion piles foundation. In order to ensure the quality of cast-in-place piles into holes and piles, grouting pre-reinforcement was carried out in the dissolved (soil) cave area. After grouting pre-reinforcement treatment, the test results show that the grouting reinforcement treatment conforms to the expected effect under the complicated geological conditions in the karst area, but the individual cave can not fully meet the grouting reinforcement requirements. Therefore, the local solution (soil) cave area by adjusting the pile diameter, plus pile, designed to joint Dachang Tai and other means to adjust the original pile foundation program.
