知识型员工是企业最为重要的人力资源,其积极性的高低直接影响到企业核心竞争力的提高,然而受知识型员工工作任务、工作过程的特殊性影响,其积极性的表征和影响因素一直以来困扰着企业人力资源的管理实践。企业知识型员工个体积极性的产生、保持和充分发挥是多个因素共同作用的结果。企业必须在三个方面做好相关工作:一是应建立针对知识型员工特征的管理制度与管理体系;二是在管理制度和机制方面进行完善、强化;三是企业的人力资源管理者应在企业的人力资源招聘环节做到人与事之间的匹配,在人与事匹配的工作环境下,充分调动知识型员工个体工作积极性。
