通过密闭型圆筒准静态压缩试验,推导并建立了玉米秆粉粒体压制成型的本构方程,并用有限元模型进行了模拟。对压制成形的网格变形图、应变分布以及载荷位移曲线的分析表明,理论结果与试验结果一致。
Through the quasi-static compression test of the closed cylinder, the constitutive equations of corn stalk powder granulation were deduced and established. The finite element model was used to simulate the constitutive equation. The analysis of deformed shape, strain distribution and load displacement curve of the pressed shape shows that the theoretical result is consistent with the experimental result.
