队伍建设是数字图书馆建设的组织保证,要进一步开展面向高校图书馆人员的培训工作,制定培训方案,提高专业人员的综合素质,把培养精通数字图书馆的新一代馆员作为一项人才战略来抓,建设一支能适应信息时代科技进步的优秀图书馆员队伍。本文就数字时代高校图书馆人才队伍建设的思考进行探讨。本文首先从加强专业理论和技能的培训;扩大人才交流;充实改变现有人员队伍知识结构;制定图书馆人才队伍引进和培养规划等方面就建立一支合格的高校图书馆从业人员队伍进行分析,其次,就完善数字化时代高校图书馆的人才培养方法进行了深入的探讨,提出了自己的建议和思考,具有一定的参考价值。
