为了解释回湿过程中,铬配合物从皮胶原中脱落的原因,以硫酸铬鞣制皮粉,鞣制皮粉干燥后,用0.2%甲酸和200%水回湿,得到回湿液。使用离子交换色谱对回湿液中的铬配合物进行分离;利用紫外-可见光谱和红外光谱对铬配合物进行分析。结果表明:湿液由+1、+2、+3、+4和+5价的铬配合物组成,其中高阳电性组分(+3、+4和+5价)含量为77.22%,是铬配合物的主要组分。回湿液中配体与中心离子之间形成桥键的数目较少,配合物体积较小。配体与中心离子之间主要以单点配位的方式相互结合,这种不稳定的配位方式,是造成铬配合物从皮胶原中脱落的主要原因。
In order to explain why the chromium complex is detached from the dermal collagen in the process of rewetting, the tanning bark was tanned with chromic sulfate and dried with 0.2% formic acid and 200% water to obtain a rewet. Chromium complexes in the wetting solution were separated by ion exchange chromatography. Chromium complexes were analyzed by UV-Vis and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the wetting liquid consisted of chromium complexes of + 1, +2, +3, +4 and +5. The content of high positive component (+3, +4 and +5) was 77.22% Chromium complexes of the main components. The number of bridges formed between the ligand and the center ion in the wetting solution is smaller, and the volume of the complex is smaller. Ligands and central ions mainly combine with each other in a single point coordination mode. This unstable coordination mode is the main reason for the chromium complexes to fall off from the skin collagen.
