在实验室用自制的小管流变仪对高浓度水煤浆的流变行为进行了实验研究.采用不同长短的管子进行了末端效应修正.采用不同管径的管子进行了滑移效应修正。我们假设高浓度水煤浆是不依赖于时间的流体,根据实验数据得到剪切应力和剪切速率的关系符合 Herschel-Bulkley 模型.
The rheological behavior of high concentration coal water slurry was experimentally studied in a laboratory with a self-made small tube rheometer.The tip effect was corrected by using different lengths of tubes, and slip effects were corrected by using tubes of different diameters. We assume that high concentration of CWS is a fluid independent of time. According to the experimental data, the relationship between shear stress and shear rate is in accordance with the Herschel-Bulkley model.
