以顶空固相微萃取为富集手段,气相色谱-质谱分析印蒿挥发性风味成分组成。以总离子流图各成分的峰面积总和为考察指标,研究了固相微萃取纤维涂层、萃取时间和萃取温度等因素对挥发性成分富集效果的影响。结果表明:最佳条件以DVB/CAR/PDMS为萃取头的涂层,温度为75℃,时间为50 min,通过GC-MS分析鉴定出印蒿挥发性风味成分化合物71种,其中萜烯类17种、酯类15种、醇类13种、醛类10种、酮类7种,相对含量较高为印蒿酮(45.863%)、印蒿醚(10.847%)和肉桂酸乙酯(6.820%)等成分。
Solid-phase microextraction with headspace as enrichment means, GC-MS analysis of volatile components of the composition of Artemisia. Taking the sum of the peak area of the total ion chromatogram as the index, the effect of the solid phase microextraction fiber coating, extraction time and extraction temperature on the enrichment of volatile components was studied.
