5-脂氧合酶是白三烯类代谢产物生成的关键酶,其酶活性及基因表达与炎性疾病、老年性痴呆和肿瘤等疾病的发生发展有密切的关系。本文主要对5-脂氧合酶的活性及其表达调控的研究现状进行综述。
5-lipoxygenase is a key enzyme for the production of leukotriene metabolites, and its enzyme activity and gene expression are closely related to the occurrence and development of inflammatory diseases, senile dementia and tumors. This article mainly reviews the current research status of the activity of 5-lipoxygenase and its regulation of expression.
