随着市场经济的不断完善以及房屋建设工程的不断发展,对建筑施工质量的要求也就越来越高。想要确保房屋建设工程能够安全施工,就要采用科学合理的管理方法。另外,新技术和新材料的不断更新,也提升了房屋的建设质量。但是在实际的房屋建设过程中,还是存在着一些问题影响着工程的顺利进行。本文就对房屋建设施工质量和安全管理中存在的问题进行了具体的研究,并提出了针对性的解决措施,以期能够提高房屋建设的施工质量和安全,保证房屋建设施工能够顺利进行。
