In the analysis of the seasonal distribution of food poisoning, the past months, ten-day composition ratio or statistical method to roughly estimate, can not accurately reveal the concentration of food poisoning point of time and concentration. In recent years, many literatures reported that the treatment of medical data by garden distribution is more scientific [1, 2]. The author tried the theory and method of garden distribution to calculate the average incidence peak of food poisoning and the average peak incidence
