目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建后技术,在颌面部骨折中的临床诊断与整形外科治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对82例颌面部骨折的患者进行了多层螺旋CT容积扫描检查与三维重建后处理。重建后处理方法包括多平面重建(MPR),表面阴影显示(SSD)和容积再现(VR)。结合轴位影像图像,观察骨折线、撕脱游离碎骨片,分析三种后处理重建图像显示骨折效果;骨折线断裂的方向和程度。结果多平面重建颌面部,多个鼻窦骨折、裂隙骨折及骨折内部情况显示较好;通过SSD和VR显示,特别是在复杂骨折的游离骨片的空间关系显示更好,有很好的空间立体观。结论 MSCT轴位图像是诊断颌面部骨折的基础,三维重建后处理技术,可多方位三维显示粉碎性骨折有着显著的优势,可清楚地显示病变的空间解剖关系,对患者术前具有重要的临床评估价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) reconstruction in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures and the clinical value of plastic surgery. Methods Eighty-two patients with maxillofacial fractures were examined by multi-slice CT volume scan and 3D reconstruction. Post-reconstruction methods include Multi-Plane Reconstruction (MPR), Surface Shadow Display (SSD), and Volume Reproduction (VR). Combined with the axial images, the fracture line was observed and the free fragments were torn off. Three kinds of post-processing reconstruction images were analyzed to show the fracture effect and the direction and degree of fracture fracture. Results Multiplanar reconstruction of maxillofacial region, multiple sinuses, fissure fractures and internal fractures showed good results. SSD and VR showed that the spatial relationship of free bone fragments, especially in complex fractures, showed better and better space Three-dimensional view. Conclusion The MSCT axial images are the basis of the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures. Three-dimensional reconstruction and post-processing techniques can show significant advantages in three-dimensional display of comminuted fractures. It can clearly show the spatial anatomic relationship of the lesions, Clinical evaluation value.
