近年来,国内许多药品零售连锁企业在大力拓展店铺规模的同时,投入大量的人力、物力和财力用于构建和完善自己的供应链。通过实施药品经营质量管理规范(GSP),引进或是更新管理信息系统,不断改善业务流程,以增强企业的竞争能力。
