采用瞬态试验方法,对62根单剪螺栓连接试件进行试验研究。制作了3种不同厚度的单剪螺栓连接薄钢板。常温下,对25%,50%和75%三种荷载级别的极限荷载进行试验。采用瞬态试验方法得到的强度折减类似于恒温下的试验结果。结果显示:相对恒温试验结果,瞬态试验的结果比较保守。在瞬态试验中,研究了支座破坏、撕裂和净截面拉伸3种主要的破坏模式。在常温下,25%的破坏荷载下瞬态试验中试件的失效模式,与恒温条件下试件的失效模式一致。
Using transient test method, 62 single shear bolt connection test specimens were studied. Three kinds of single-shear bolted thin steel sheets with different thicknesses were made. At room temperature, 25%, 50% and 75% of the three load levels of the ultimate load test. The strength reduction obtained using the transient test method is similar to the test result at constant temperature. The results show that the results of transient tests are relatively conservative with respect to the results of relative constant temperature tests. In the transient tests, three main failure modes of bearing failure, tearing and net section tensile were studied. At room temperature, the failure mode of the specimen in the transient test under the 25% breaking load is consistent with the failure mode of the specimen under the constant temperature.
