中学生课外作业负担重虽屡次提起,也曾有过一些解决方案,但现实仍如从前,究其原因,或是方案过于理想化,脱离实际难以实行,或是方案不够全面细致,实行中新问题不断涌现,弊多于利。本文以一次双休日作业案例发文,再提这一话题,阐释它对中学生造成的巨大危害,并从实际出发提出应对的策略:在保质的前题下,宏观限制各科作业量;严格作业规程;提高教师对课外作业的认识水平;制订领导监督机制等。
Although the burden of extracurricular homework has repeatedly been raised, there have been some solutions. However, the reality is still as before. The reason is that the programs are too idealistic, difficult to implement from the actual situation, or the programs are not comprehensive and meticulous and the implementation of intermediate and new questions Emerging, more harm than good.
