这是一封俄罗斯朋友的来信。自1990年起,格拉奇科夫在莫斯科大学社会学系一直担任主管外事的副主任。他战后出生,成长于苏联社会普通工人家庭,上世纪70年代上大学接受专业教育,80年代初期分别被派往中国北京和原东德德累斯顿工作。苏联解体前后,又先后回到莫斯科大学、列宁格勒大学从事外事工作。20多年过去了,他亲历了苏联的兴衰和苏共的兴亡,将深深的懊悔以及对党和国家的真情埋在心底。2013年12月初,格拉奇科夫陪同中国学者访俄,临别之际,格拉奇科夫特意向中国同志展示了珍藏多年的苏共党证,并与中国同志深情道别,祝愿伟大的中国繁荣昌盛,祝愿兄弟般的中俄人民友情代代相传。不久,格拉奇科夫来信,并附上他那张党证的复印件,表示愿意将原件捐献给中国共产党的同志。
This is a letter from a Russian friend. Since 1990, Grachkov has been Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs in the Department of Sociology at Moscow State University. He was born after the war and grew up in an ordinary worker’s family in the Soviet Union. He went to college in the 1970s to receive professional education. In the early 1980s, he was sent to work in Beijing, China, and Dresden, the former East Germany. Before and after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, she returned to Moscow University and Leningrad University to work in foreign affairs. More than 20 years later, he witnessed the rise and fall of the Soviet Union and the rise and fall of the CPSU, deeply regretted and buried the true feelings of the party and state. At the beginning of December 2013, Grachkov accompanied Chinese scholars to Russia.
