课堂教学是师生人生中一段重要的生命经历,是彼此生命的有意义的构成部分。对于学生而言,课堂教学是其学校生活的最基本构成,它的质量,直接影响学生当下以及今后发展和成长。对于教师而言,课堂教学是其职业生活最基本的构成,它的质量影响教师对职业的感受与态度和专业水平的发展和生命价值的体现。总之,课堂教学对于参与者具有个体生命价值,这是显而易见的。
Classroom teaching is an important life experience of teachers and students and is a meaningful part of each other’s life. For students, classroom teaching is the most basic form of school life, its quality, a direct impact on the students now and in the future development and growth. For teachers, classroom teaching is the most basic component of their professional life. Its quality affects the teachers’ feelings and attitudes toward occupation and the development of professional standards and the embodiment of life value. In short, it is obvious that classroom teaching has individual life value for participants.
