目的评估“督导评估培训”3种不同培训方式的远期效果,探索适合中国的培训模式与方法。方法采用自填式问卷调查,个人深入访谈及查阅督导评估档案资料3种方式对培训效果进行评估。结果培训前参加面对面培训、卫星培训、互联网培训的人数分别为75名、210名和387名,半年后三级评估调查参加面对面培训、卫星培训、互联网培训的人数分别为26名、23名和22名;3种培训学员的督导评估工作能力半年后与培训前无显著性差异(P>0.05);3类培训在短期内显著提高项目人员的督导评估工作能力,但是培训的远期效果离预期的目标还有一定的距离。结论远程教育是有效的培训方式,应当在卫生系统推广卫星培训与网络培训等远程教育方式,但推广应用面临许多挑战。
Objective To evaluate the long-term effects of the three training methods of “supervision and evaluation training” to explore training modes and methods suitable for China. Methods Self-contained questionnaire survey, personal in-depth interviews and access to supervision and evaluation of archives data in three ways to assess the effectiveness of training. Results The number of persons attending face-to-face training, satellite training and internet training before training was 75, 210 and 387 respectively. After six months, the number of face-to-face training, satellite training and Internet training participated in the face-to-face training, satellite training and internet training were respectively 26, 23 and 22 (P> 0.05). The three types of training significantly improved the supervision ability of the project staff in the short term, but the long-term effect of the training was far from the expected The goal is still a certain distance. Conclusion Distance education is an effective training method. Distance education, such as satellite training and online training, should be promoted in the health system. However, there are many challenges in popularization and application.
