根据英国及欧洲各国多方面的研究报道,Smi-th & French French 公司建议把西咪替丁治疗十二指肠溃疡的剂量由1日4次(1g/d)的用法改为1日2次(早晚各服400mg)两种剂量效疗相似。同时指出要注意在极少数情况下,会引起急性胰腺炎的可能性。
According to various studies in Britain and European countries, Smi-th & French French company proposed to change the dose of cimetidine for treating duodenal ulcer from 4 times a day (1g / d) to 2 times a day (Sooner or later each service 400mg) two dose-effect similar. Also pointed out that we should pay attention to the possibility of acute pancreatitis in rare cases.
