文章针对目前音乐师资培养存在的生源较差、教育质量下降、课程设置等问题进行分析。提出控制招生数额,增设课程,强化文学、哲学、美学课程教学,改革音乐技巧课授课方式,引入中小学教学内容,提高师范院校软硬件教学设施等方法,从而达到提高音乐教育师资培养水准的目的。——题记 The article analyzes the current problems of music teacher training, such as poor students, deteriorating education quality, curriculum setting and so on.
