2008年6月至2010年7月我院在丙泊酚静脉麻醉加芬太尼镇痛下行人工流产手术146例,效果满意,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:选择2008年6月至2010年6月来我院门诊自愿要求无痛人工流产的孕妇146例,年龄20～35岁,平均年龄25岁;最大孕周10周,最小孕周6周,平均孕周7周,术前各项常规检查均正常,均无手术与麻醉禁忌。选择同期常规流产手术87例做对照组,两组病例在
