本文描述了模拟制冷压缩机的模型,工作流体的热力性质由实际气体状态方程表示。对于制冷剂为R12的制冷机,采用Martin-Downing状态方程计算获得的性能参数,与模拟分析获得的相应结果进行了比较。在模拟分析中工作流体是用理想气体方程进行描述的。从一种类型的制冷压缩机得到的结果,揭示了许多设计者有兴趣的参数:如:P-V图、气阀升程曲线、质量流动率、阀摩擦系数、循环功、各种损失等等,仅仅在压缩机吸入孔口的制冷剂有着少量的过热,而压缩比较大的时候,证实了使用实际气体状态方程的合理性。
This paper describes a model of a simulated refrigeration compressor with the thermodynamic properties of the working fluid represented by the actual gas equation of state. For the refrigerator with refrigerant R12, the performance parameters calculated by Martin-Downing equation of state were compared with the corresponding results obtained by simulation analysis. The working fluid is described by the ideal gas equation in the simulation. The results obtained from one type of refrigeration compressor reveal many parameters of interest to the designer: PV diagrams, valve lift curves, mass flow rates, valve friction coefficients, cycle work, various losses, etc., Only when the refrigerant in the suction port of the compressor has a small amount of overheating and the compression ratio is large, the rationality of using the actual gas equation of state is confirmed.
