为进一步探讨参附注射液抗休克机制,本文观察了参附注射液对鼠肾缺血再灌注模型超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及组织形态的影响。结果显示,与缺血再灌组相比,参附注射液组肾外髓水肿明显减轻(P<0.01),SOD活性明显增高(P<0.01)。提示保护SOD活性、降低脂质过氧化反应的作用是参附注射液抗休克的机制之一。
To further explore the anti-shock mechanism of Shenfu injection, the effects of Shenfu injection on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and histomorphology of rat kidney ischemia-reperfusion model were observed. The results showed that the extramedullary marrow edema in the Shenfu injection group was significantly reduced (P<0.01), and the SOD activity was significantly increased (P<0.01) compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group. It suggests that the protection of SOD activity and the reduction of lipid peroxidation are one of the mechanisms of Shenfu injection anti-shock.
