在现代企业管理理念中,人力资源管理所发挥的作用是非常重要的。人才是提高企业竞争力的一个重要的因素,因此在企业的管理中要明确人力资源的角色定位,促进管理工作的顺利开展。只有人力资源管理模式得到了创新,企业的发展目标才更加容易实现。本文主要通过探究目前人力资源在企业管理中的角色定位存在的不足,并给出有效的创新策略,希望能够有效的提升企业人才管理的水平。
In the modern concept of business management, the role of human resources management is very important. Talent is an important factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so in the management of enterprises to clearly define the role of human resources and promote the smooth development of management. Only when the mode of human resource management has been innovated, the development goal of the enterprise can be more easily realized. This paper mainly probes into the shortcomings of the current human resources in the role of enterprise management, and gives an effective innovation strategy, hoping to effectively improve the level of enterprise talent management.
