示范快堆堆芯组件外套管和包壳管选用的材料是15-15Ti奥氏体不锈钢。在辐照作用下,材料发生肿胀和蠕变。包壳的辐照蠕变变形很小,可以忽略不计,辐照变形主要是肿胀变形。外套管的壁面平板刚度小,辐照变形除了肿胀变形外,辐照蠕变变形也不可忽略。包壳和外套管的辐照变形影响到组件的结构设计。本文通过调研国际上俄罗斯和法国的15-15Ti材料的辐照性能,提取出合理可靠的辐照性能数据,指导示范快堆的组件
The material for the outer sleeve and cladding tubes of the demonstration fast reactor core assembly is 15-15 Ti austenitic stainless steel. Under irradiation, the material swelled and creeped. Irradiation creep deformation of the cladding is small, can be ignored, the main radiation deformation is swelling. Outer tube wall plate stiffness is small, in addition to swelling and deformation of the radiation deformation, the radiation creep deformation can not be ignored. Irradiation deformation of the cladding and casing affects the structural design of the assembly. In this paper, by investigating the international Russian and French 15-15Ti material irradiation performance, extract reasonable and reliable data of the irradiation performance, guide the components of the fast reactor
