本文探讨了用盘状砂轮成形磨削渐卉线螺旋齿轮时,成形砂轮回转面与齿轮渐开螺旋面空间接触线的性质和变化规律;探讨了成形砂轮轴向截形正确廓线的性质和随砂轮直径变化而变化的规律。提出了用“近佳”当量齿数渐开线逼近成形砂轮截形正确廓线并提供了在不同情况下的计算公式。为了解决高精度、大模数、大螺旋角渐开线螺旋齿轮成形磨削齿形精度受砂轮直径影响的问题,提出了用补偿凸轮进行旋转补偿的原理。并根据上述的结论和原理设计了补偿式成形砂轮修整器。
