推土机后桥传动箱通过大、小锥齿轮将变速器的纵向转动转换成横向转动,横向转动通过转向离合器传递给终传动装置,以驱动推土机行走。后桥传动箱结构复杂、装配难度大,本文介绍推土机后桥传动箱内部轴承座及安装孔结构存在问题及改进方法。1.后桥传动箱结构及装配方法(1)结构改进前,桥传动箱主要由后桥传动箱1、中央传动轴2、轴承座3、调整垫4、轴承5、连接盘6、密封圈7等组成,如图1所示。(2)装配方法改进前,后桥传动箱装配方法如下:首先,将轴承5装入轴承座3内,组成轴承座组件。其次。将中央传动轴2插入后桥传动箱1的轴
The bulldozer rear axle gearbox transforms the longitudinal rotation of the transmission into a transverse rotation through large and small bevel gears. The lateral rotation is transmitted to the final drive through the steering clutch to drive the bulldozer. The structure of the rear axle transmission box is complex and the assembly is difficult. This paper introduces the existing problems and the improvement methods of the inner bearing seat and the mounting hole structure of the rear axle gear box of the bulldozer. 1. Rear axle gear box structure and assembly method (1) Before the structural improvement, the main gear box by the rear axle gearbox 1, the central drive shaft 2, bearing 3, adjusting pad 4, bearing 5, connecting plate 6, seal 7 and other components, shown in Figure 1.
