测定钢中微量硼,一般往往需要用沉淀、萃取、离子交换等方法将硼与干扰元素分离。或者采用选择性较高的HPTA法可直接测定,但是需要用浓硫酸作介质,操作不太方便。本文采用新合成的试剂3甲氧基-甲亚胺H,用抗坏血酸、EDTA和柠檬酸掩蔽其它干扰离子,可不用分离直接测定钢铁中酸溶硼,方法简便、快速、获得了较为满意的结果。
Determination of trace boron in steel, the general often need precipitation, extraction, ion exchange and other methods to separate boron and interfering elements. Alternatively, HPTA method with higher selectivity can be directly measured, but the use of concentrated sulfuric acid as a medium, the operation is not convenient. In this paper, the newly synthesized reagent 3 methoxy-azomethine H was used to mask other interfering ions with ascorbic acid, EDTA and citric acid, and the direct and indirect determination of acid-soluble boron in the steel without separation was obtained. The method was simple and rapid and satisfactory results were obtained .
