小直径硬合金钎头应用非常广泛,每年的消耗量很大。硬合金片是镶制钎头的主要贵重材料,在提高钎头使用寿命的研究当中,千方百计地提高硬合金片的利用率是一个非常重要的技术—经济问题。采用凿岩机钻眼时,实际上硬合金钎头的钎刃大部分时间是在钝化的情况下工作的。研究钎刃钝化随着进尺增长的变化规律及其与钻速、钎头损坏率、硬合金消耗率等关系,是决定钎头合理修磨的依据,而钎头的合理修磨能使钎头的使用最有效和最经济,本文就是介绍钎头磨耗的实验研究和钎头合理修磨的问题。
Small diameter hard alloy drill head is widely used, a large amount of consumption each year. Hard alloy plate is the main precious material of the drill bit. In improving the service life of the drill bit, it is a very important technical-economic issue to improve the utilization of the hard alloy plate by every possible means. When drilling with a rock drill, in practice the brazing blade of the hard alloy bit worked most of the time under blunt conditions. The study of the change of the drill-edge passivation with the growth of the footage and its relationship with the rate of penetration, the rate of damage of the brazing head and the rate of wear of the hard alloy is the basis for determining the proper grinding of the brazing head. The use of the most effective and most economical head, this article is to introduce the experimental study of the wear of the drill head and drill bit reasonable grinding problems.
