在电力营销管理系统中,密集化出现的大量数据,是电力营销工作中兹待解决的一大难题,解决好电力营销数据质量监控与管理,是电力营销工作者面临的一大全新挑战。随着现代信息化技术水平日新月异的不断蓬勃发展,在一定程度上造成了基层工作人员在进行业务操作时高度依赖信息管理系统,同时,由于基层业务工作者在业务知识、管理责任心及业务水平方面存在较大差异,加上由于电力工作流程与工作操作模式的改变,让部分电力企业老职工暂时无法适应电力营销中部分出现的新局面,可能会导致部分工作无人管理负责的新情况。在开展电力营销数据管理工作的短短数年间,系统数据的频繁更换,都给电力营销日常管理工作和电力数据监控都带来了巨大的风险。本文结合笔者实际工作经验展开论述,就如何利用统计学原理对所收集到的电力数据进行质量评估、总结进行分析,就如何对电力营销数据质量监控和管理上提出以下几点建议。
In the power marketing management system, the large amount of data that appears intensively is a big problem to be solved in the power marketing work. To solve the monitoring and management of power marketing data quality is a brand new challenge facing the power marketing workers. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the rapid development of grass-roots workers to a certain extent resulted in a high degree of dependence on information management systems. At the same time, grassroots workers in the business knowledge, management responsibility and business standards Due to the change of power work flow and working mode of operation, some of the old workers in power enterprises can not meet the new situation of power marketing temporarily, which may lead to the new situation that some of the work is not responsible for the management. In the short few years of managing power marketing data, the frequent replacement of system data posed great risks to the daily management of power marketing and the monitoring of power data. Based on the author’s actual working experience, this paper discusses how to make use of statistical principles to evaluate the quality of collected electricity data, summarizes the analysis and puts forward the following suggestions on how to monitor and manage the quality of electricity marketing data.
