In 2013, the world economy will show a dual-hinged pattern in which the U.S. economy will grow steadily but at an unpleasant pace and the Chinese economy will move towards more sustainable growth. In general, the world economy is fragmented, different but also growing. In 2013, we expect global economic growth to rise to 2.8%. If the real estate market in the United States and the investment rebound are even larger, it will exceed this level of growth. Using the IMF’s projected caliber, our forecast of 2.8% growth equates to 3.5%. The IMF forecasts a global economic growth of 3.6% next year. Given the current global economic challenges, this performance is not easy, dragging down the global economy is still the European economy.
