本文通过正交试验,研究了粉煤灰、矿粉、FQY膨胀剂及水泥基渗透结晶材料(澎内传803)掺量对复合胶凝材料体系活性指数的影响。试验结果表明:各影响因素不同龄期时在复合胶凝材料体系中起到的作用程度不同,但粉煤灰在各龄期时均为最重要影响因素;当粉煤灰掺量为15%、矿粉掺量为25%、FQY膨胀剂掺量为6%、澎内传掺量为0.7%时,复合胶凝材料体系在早期及后期都表现出了较好的活性,28d活性指数达到了91.8%。
In this paper, the influence of the content of fly ash, slag, FQY expansive agent and cementitious infiltration crystallization material (Peng Nei Chuan 803) on the activity index of the composite cementitious material was studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that: the influencing factors at different ages in the composite cementitious material system play a different role, but the fly ash at all ages are the most important factors; when the fly ash content of 15% , The content of mineral powder is 25%, the content of FQY expander is 6% and the content of Peng internal mass is 0.7%, the composite cementitious material system shows good activity in early and late stage, 91.8%.
