患者男,29岁。右眼白内障术后55d,伴左眼视障10余天。诊断为白内障术后并发交感性眼炎,于1987年11月4日住院。体检:视力右眼指数/6cm,左眼0.04。右眼(引交感眼)眼睑轻度肿胀,睫状充血,距角巩膜缘0.2cm、1～3点处见一0.3cm×0.4cm 裂口,虹膜嵌顿此处。瞳孔不圆呈“U”形,对光反应迟钝,虹膜前粘连,KP+,房闪+,无晶体(术后),玻璃体混浊+。左眼(被交感眼)外斜20°,轻度睫状充血,KP(?),房闪+,瞳孔正常,对光反应迟钝,晶体与玻璃体未见
Patient male, 29 years old. Right eye 55 days after cataract surgery, with left eye disability for more than 10 days. Diagnosis of cataract surgery complicated by sympathetic ophthalmia, hospitalized on November 4, 1987. Physical examination: visual acuity index / 6cm, left eye 0.04.
