目的:研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在缓激肽预处理保护离体大鼠心脏中的调节作用.方法:Langendorf法灌流心脏,观测心功能与肌酸激酶(CK)释放.结果:缓激肽显著改善再灌时心功能并减少CK释放.缓激肽的作用可被激肽受体拮抗剂Hoe140(1μmol·L-1)或CGRP受体拮抗剂CGRP837(01μmol·L-1)所取消预先用辣椒素处理也能取消缓激肽的作用.结论:缓激肽诱导预处理的心脏保护作用与促进CGRP的释放有关.
AIM: To investigate the regulation of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in bradykinin preconditioning in isolated rat hearts. Methods: The heart was perfused by Langendorf method and the cardiac function and creatine kinase (CK) release were observed. Results: Bradykinin significantly improved cardiac function during reperfusion and decreased CK release. The effect of bradykinin can be abolished by the pretreatment with capsaicin which is canceled by the kinin receptor antagonist Hoe140 (1μmol·L-1) or the CGRP receptor antagonist CGRP837 (0.1μmol·L-1) The role of kinins. Conclusion: Cardioprotection induced by bradykinin preconditioning is related to the promotion of CGRP release.
