采用凝胶球化-固相反应烧结工艺制备Li4SiO4陶瓷小球。以SiO2和Li2CO3为原料与粘结剂混合制备浆料,通过滴定装置滴入硅油中凝胶成球。成型坯体小球经固相反应烧结获得Li4SiO4陶瓷小球。结果表明,制备陶瓷小球直径分布于1.2~1.4 mm之间,平均直径为1.3 mm,球形度优于1.04。通过SEM对烧结陶瓷小球微观形貌观察,其晶粒尺寸在3~5μm,且在小球表面及内部均匀分布大小为1~2μm的微孔,小球压碎载荷平均值为39.89 N。
Preparation of Li4SiO4 Ceramic Balls by Gel Spheroidizing - Solid Phase Reaction Sintering Process. Slurry is prepared by mixing SiO2 and Li2CO3 as raw materials with a binder, dropping into a silicone oil through a titration device to gel into a ball. Molding green body pellets obtained by solid phase reaction sintering Li4SiO4 ceramic beads. The results show that the diameter of the prepared ceramic beads distributes between 1.2-1.4 mm, the average diameter is 1.3 mm and the sphericity is better than 1.04. The microscopic morphology of the sintered ceramic pellets was observed by SEM. The grain size was in the range of 3 ~ 5μm. The average size of pellets was 39.89 N.
