为了给水泥混凝土路面推荐较优改性材料,本文采用渗水试验、磨耗试验和小梁弯曲疲劳试验。以渗水高度、磨耗损失率和疲劳寿命为评价指标,对比研究了三种聚丙烯纤维材料,在不同添加剂量条件下,对水泥混凝土的性能作用效果。研究结果表明:海川路威聚丙烯材料在添加剂量为1.2kg/m3时,其改性水泥混凝土试件的抗渗性能较优。辅特维聚丙烯材料在添加剂量为1.6kg/m3时,其改性水泥混凝土试件的耐磨性能较优。混凝土拌纤维聚丙烯材料在添加剂量为1.2kg/m3时,其改性水泥混凝土试件的抗疲劳性能较优。在工程应用中,多雨或者融雪地区,建议采用海川路威聚丙烯材料,且掺量为1.2kg/m3;交通量较为繁重地段,建议采用掺量为1.6kg/m3的辅特维聚丙烯材料,或者掺量为1.2kg/m3的混凝土拌纤维聚丙烯材料。
In order to recommend better modified materials for cement concrete pavement, this paper uses seepage test, wear test and trabecular bending fatigue test. Taking the seepage height, wear loss rate and fatigue life as the evaluation indexes, the effects of three kinds of polypropylene fiber materials on the properties of cement concrete were compared under different additives dosage. The results show that the permeability of the modified cement concrete specimen of Haichuan LW Polypropylene material is better when the additive dosage is 1.2kg / m3. Fu Tewei polypropylene material in the additive dose of 1.6kg / m3, the modified cement concrete specimens wear better. Concrete mixed with fiber polypropylene material at an additive dose of 1.2kg / m3, the modified cement concrete specimens better fatigue resistance. In engineering applications, rainy or snowmelt areas, it is recommended to use Haichuan Road Granville Polypropylene material, and the dosage of 1.2kg / m3; more traffic heavy lots, the proposed dosage of 1.6kg / m3 Fu Te dimension polypropylene material , Or the amount of 1.2kg / m3 of concrete mixed fiber polypropylene material.
