US Federal Emergency Management Agency Richard Krimm and Geologist SL Algermissen of the United States Geological Survey collaborated with SLA Germans on the Global Information Network’s satellite network on March 11, 1986, along with representatives from Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Peru, government officials, engineers, technicians and educators.
