国有林场是我国重要的生态保护屏障,是人民赖以生存的重要绿化区域,对其进行精细化管理不仅有利于生态环境的可持续发展,也有利于国有林场自身的生存与发展。本文结合木兰围场实践,从充分利用林场资源,实现运营链条的优化;合理使用人力资源,实现人员工作效率的提高;国有林场各渠道开源,实现企业资金来源多元化;国有林场资金节流,实现企业资金利用的高效化;扭转员工观念,提高思想认识等6方面对精细化管理在国有林场管理中的作用进行分析与探讨,以供参考。
