传统冲压生产技术投资大、周期长、制造成本、装备复杂程度难以估计,随着非线性理论、有限元方法和计算机软硬件的迅速发展,为满足市场的需求,虚拟制造技术被广泛应用于现代制造模式中,比如:冲压成型过程的CAE分析,虚拟装配在冲压成型中的应用等。虚拟制造已实现了从产品的设计、加工制造、装配到检验全过程的动态模拟,使企业能够以较低的生产成本获得较高的设计质量,缩短产品的发布周期,提高了企业生产效率。
Traditional stamping production technology investment, long cycle, manufacturing costs, equipment complexity is difficult to estimate, with the nonlinear theory, finite element method and the rapid development of computer hardware and software, in order to meet market demand, virtual manufacturing technology is widely used in modern Manufacturing mode, such as: CAE analysis of stamping process, the application of virtual assembly in stamping. Virtual manufacturing has realized the dynamic simulation from product design, manufacturing, assembly to testing the whole process, enabling enterprises to obtain higher design quality with lower production cost, shorten product release cycle and improve enterprise production efficiency.
