为激发广大职工的劳动热情和创造活力,营造喜庆热烈、团结和谐、积极进取、奋发向上的良好氛围,高校工会应进一步统一思想、明确思路,提高高校民主管理建设水平。本文就高校工会如何开展民主管理工作做了简要研究。
In order to arouse the labor enthusiasm and create vitality of the vast numbers of workers and create a good atmosphere of festive celebration, unity and harmony, proactiveness and vigorousness, trade unions in colleges and universities should further unify their thinking, clarify their thinking and improve the level of democratic management in colleges and universities. This article makes a brief study on how to carry out democratic management in unions in colleges and universities.
