近年来，随着我国经济发展加快和城镇化进程步伐加大，违法占地行为数量激增，由此引发的涉土信访量高居不下。在土地行政执法日渐成为社会各界关注焦点的同时，其面临的诸多难题也成为我们必须正视和解决的问题。文章以土地行政执法为范围，从改善土地行政执法内外环境入手，结合实际经验，探讨解决对策。
