为检测缸盖的水套密封性,我国普遍采用湿式水浸法。这种办法在生产中是可行的,但缺点是有无漏气要靠人观察,不能实现自动检测,有时气泡吸附在零件底面,容易造成被检零件合格的假象,所以外国在有些场合下已用干式密封性检查法代替。第二汽车制造厂对几种不同的干式密封性检查法作了分析比较,并在此基础上进行了干式气压试验装置的研制。研制成的装置具有零件有无泄漏、漏孔大小的判断性检测和漏孔位置确定两种功能,满足了大量生产条件下缸盖密封性检测的需要。文中对该装置的前一种功能的检测系统和夹具两部分作了简要的介绍。

The developed device has two functions of whether the part leaks, the judgment of the size of the leak hole and the position of the leak hole, and meets the requirement of the cylinder head sealing test under a large number of production conditions. In this paper, a brief introduction is given to the detection system and fixture of the former function of the device.
