在MMW-1立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上设计了高浓度H2O2溶液的专用腐蚀电化学测试装置,对比研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在纯水和90%H2O2溶液中的摩擦学性能和电化学性能。对比分析了摩擦系数、磨损量、摩擦副的磨损表面形貌以及电流密度的变化规律。结果表明,在2种不同的介质中,不锈钢的摩擦学性能和电化学性能存在着明显差异;高浓度H2O2溶液在磨损过程中对不锈钢材料具有类似化学抛光的作用,导致腐蚀磨损表面较为光滑。
The special corrosion electrochemical test device of high concentration H2O2 solution was designed on MMW-1 vertical universal friction and wear tester, and the tribological and electrochemical properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in pure water and 90% H2O2 solution were compared. The friction coefficient, wear amount, worn surface morphology and current density of friction pair were compared and analyzed. The results show that there are obvious differences in the tribological properties and electrochemical properties of stainless steel in two different media. The high concentration of H2O2 solution has a similar chemical polishing effect on stainless steel during wear, resulting in a smoother corrosion wear surface.
