苏府规字[2010]17号各市、区人民政府;苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:为保障防洪安全,改善河道环境,维护水域秩序,根据国家有关法律法规,市政府决定对市区河道水域内影响防洪安全、破坏河道环境、扰乱水域秩序等的各类船只(以下简称杂船)进行专顷整治。现通告如下:一、市区河道水域内禁止停泊杂船,禁止各类影响防洪安全、破坏河道环境、扰乱水域秩序等的活动。

The following is hereby promulgated: I. No parking and miscellaneous groceries are allowed in the urban river waters, and all kinds of activities that affect the safety of flood control, damage to the river environment and disrupt the order of water areas are forbidden.
