应用“SolidWorks”软件中的“Flow Simulation”插件对反应釜内3种不同结构的带孔分散盘(孔数为0、2和4,均匀分布于盘上)周围的流场进行了CFD(计算流体动力学)分析。研究结果表明:通过仿真分析,可直观获得反应釜内分散盘周围的流体速度分布云图和流线轨迹;采用粒子示踪法可模拟制胶原料在分散盘作用下的分布状态,并可预测3种不同带孔分散盘对胶液的分散效果,有利于实际制胶过程中选择最佳的分散盘。
The flow field around the 3 different configurations of perforated disks (0, 2 and 4 holes, uniformly distributed on the disk) in the autoclave was made using the “Flow Simulation” plugin in the “SolidWorks” software CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis. The results show that: Through the simulation analysis, the fluid velocity distribution cloud and streamline trajectory around the dispersion disk in the reactor can be directly obtained. The particle tracking method can be used to simulate the distribution of the raw material in the dispersion disk, Different kinds of perforated disc dispersion of the glue effect, is conducive to the actual process of plastic selection of the best dispersion disc.
