这种专门用于金属丝、绳的检测仪,无需接触被测物体便可测出直径(详见照片和示意图)。它具有一组新型的检测系列,主要用激光束来完成。该种仪器的检测范围为1~80mm。这种仪器利用激光对极细丝进行检测,被测直径可为1mm或小于1mm,被测结果的精确度可达0.0001mm。检测是以每秒200次激光扫描进行的,最后由电子显数器将检测结果显示出来。这种仪器还有一种是利用卤光束来进行检测,其检测范围为0.05~25mm。另外这种用卤光的检测仪装备有最大和最小直径的记忆装置,供有关人员参考。
This type of tester, which is designed for use with wire and rope, measures the diameter without touching the object under test (see photos and illustrations for details).
