在每一堂的体育课中,学生都会承受一定的运动负荷。从系统观点分析,运动负荷包括生理负荷和心理负荷。心理负荷从属于运动负荷,其概念为:在体育教学过程中,对人体施加的外部刺激所引起的心理负担,它是以人的心理所反映出来的内部负荷程度来评定的。教学因素和环境因素,是引起心理负荷的外部条件,而意向过程是学生个体对于外部的应激。意志中的心理反应,心理负荷量值的大小取决于以下几个因素:
